This is the Privacy Policy for Feblife AB, also known as Febtop Tech. We’re updating our Policy as of May 25, 2018. Here are some of the changes.

Who is collecting the data?
Feblife AB and its affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “Febtop Tech,” “we,” or “us”) we design and manufacture personal fabrication machines. The Optimus 3d printer line is our main product. We are an LLC based in Täby Sweden.

Our website is hosted by WIX.com, and it is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.
We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your data is stored in the servers of Wix.com, Nimble CRM, Freshdesk, and they are all GDPR compliant. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

You have the right to request a downloadable copy of your data at any time. You also have the right to request that we remove all your personal identifiable data.
How can you raise a complaint about the data we have?
If you have a complaint about how we have used your data, or feel that we have obtained your data wrongly, please contact us at support@febtop.com and we will delete your data from our records within 72hrs.

Children
COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.
