This is the Privacy Policy for Feblife AB, also known as Febtop Tech. We’re updating our Policy as of May 25, 2018. Here are some of the changes.

We update this policy sometimes. When we do, we’ll notify you of any material changes, by sending you an email. New versions of this Policy will never apply retroactively — we’ll tell you the exact date they go into effect. If you remain a member of febtop.com after the change, that means you accept this Policy.

 

Who is collecting the data?

Feblife AB and its affiliates, agents, representatives, consultants, employees, officers, and directors — collectively, “Febtop Tech,” “we,” or “us”) we design and manufacture personal fabrication machines. The Optimus 3d printer line is our main product. We are an LLC based in Täby Sweden.

 

What data is being collected?

We collect data mainly to fulfill your orders and allow you to participate in our forums. That data may include:

• Email

• postal addresses

• telephone number

• country of residence

• Login, and password details.

 

We may ask for this information if you register to use our forum, subscribe to our newsletters, upload or submit content through Febtop.com, or if you contact us;

• the last four digits of your credit card or bank account (as applicable)

• Type of device or browser individuals use, and how they use our website.

Our website is hosted by WIX.com, and it is scanned on a regular basis for security holes and known vulnerabilities in order to make your visit to our site as safe as possible.

 

We use regular Malware Scanning.

Your personal information is contained behind secured networks and is only accessible by a limited number of persons who have special access rights to such systems, and are required to keep the information confidential. Your data is stored in the servers of Wix.com, Nimble CRM, Freshdesk, and they are all GDPR compliant. In addition, all sensitive/credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.

How long will the data be stored for?

We will store your data for as long as you have an active account at febtop.com, have an active email subscription, or however long is necessary to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements and protect Felife AB’s legal rights.

 

What are your rights to your data?

You have the right to request a downloadable copy of your data at any time. You also have the right to request that we remove all your personal identifiable data.

 

How can you raise a complaint about the data we have?

If you have a complaint about how we have used your data, or feel that we have obtained your data wrongly, please contact us at support@febtop.com and we will delete your data from our records within 72hrs.

• Photos you post on Febtop.com

You can modify or delete certain information associated with your account from your account settings.

Information that isn’t shared publicly
The following data will not be publicly available to others:

 

• Any payment information you provide;

• Your password details;

• Your IP address;

• Your phone number;

• Private profile information, based on your preferences

• Communications you send to us, such as support requests or complaints.

• Information that’s shared with trusted third-party services.
  When we use other services for payment processing or managing our marketing, they only have permission to you use your data in the limited ways we have permitted them.

Our Site may include links to other websites or services whose privacy policy may vary from Febtop.com’s. When you use an external link, the privacy policy and data processing disclosures for that site applies..

Email Notifications
We only want to send emails that you have requested to receive. We try to keep emails to a minimum and give you the ability to opt-in to any marketing communications we send.

We’ll also send you announcements related to our services to you when needed.

COPPA (Children Online Privacy Protection Act)

When it comes to the collection of personal information from children under the age of 13 years old, the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) puts parents in control. The Federal Trade Commission, United States' consumer protection agency, enforces the COPPA Rule, which spells out what operators of websites and online services must do to protect children's privacy and safety online.

 

We do not specifically market to children under the age of 13 years old.

Do we let third-parties, including ad networks or plug-ins collect PII from children under 13.
