The first time you assemble and operate the Optimus it is important that you follow these steps.
Please note that this is also a work in progress.
Notice: remove the Protection Part from the sliders before installation.

STEP 2 - Take the top plate and fasten it with 4 S3 screws on the slider.

STEP 3 - Put it down horizontally.

STEP 4 - Assemble another slider (with label ②) with 4 S3 screws from the top and bottom.

STEP 5 - Rotate it so the side with no slider points up.

STEP 6 - Fasten the last slider (with label ③) with 4 S3 screws from both top and bottom.

STEP 7 - Insert the control box from underneath and align them with the 4 holes on the top plate.
Then fasten with 4 S5 screws from the top.

STEP 10 - Insert the extruder from underneath and fasten from the top with 2 S5 screws.

STEP 11 - Print Head Cable assembly.
Insert the tube into this hole. You have to use some force to make it go all the way down. Sometimes it goes down more easily if you twist it back and fort in a circular motion while you push it down.
On the top of the printhead there is a hole where the filament tube should go down.
This is how the printhead should look like.

To make sure you got it in right you can try pulling it back. If it is stuck you have put it in right. There is a mechanism that tightens over the tube when you try to pull it out.

The other end of the filament tube should go go down into the extruder.

Also here you can check it got all the way in by pulling it back up. If it is stuck then it is right.

STEP 12 - Heated bed assembly.
This is how the heated bed should looks like assembled.

There should be 6 or more small metal cylinders in the Optmus package. They should be placed between the PCB board and the bottom plate. Then the whole bed is fastened by screwing six small metal screws through the aluminum plate, pcb board, cylinders and finally down into the bottom plate.

Here is a closeup on one of the cylinders.

Finaly you connect the cable from the heated bed into the contol box.
